W7 - Satellite Tracking crash is Fixed

Good news if you're using Windows 7

Finally a long-standing bug with some Windows 7 systems has been fixed. The code would crash when loading a background image of the world, but not on all W7 systems.

A description of the problem and the solution is here [link] - breaking change a while ago from Microsoft.

Anyway, it's now time to rejoise if you were affected - your satellite tracking is fixed with version 3.0.22 which will be released 'soon'.

Resource Leaks During the testing phase of version 3.1 two major resource leaks have been found and resolved. Resource leaks cause one or more of: Steading increasing memory (Commit size), User interface slowing, and Program freezing.

In Action The multi-band display has been a long time coming but now it's here. As you see from the video, you can tune in any band just as you would in the main window.
